How to order
NDIS Self-Managed
- Select the Home Therapy Kit that matches your (or your child’s) NDIS Goals and interest areas, and add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Complete your payment using a credit card or PayPal.
- You will receive a receipt via email after your purchase.
- Submit your receipt to NDIS for reimbursement.
If you prefer to pay by invoice and Direct Bank Transfer, you can select this option during checkout. Please note that payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. If we do not receive payment within this period, your order will be forfeited.
NDIS Plan Managed
If your NDIS Plan is managed by a third-party intermediary or Plan Manager, you can order your Home Therapy Kit by following these steps:
- Select the Home Therapy Kit that aligns with your (or your child’s) NDIS Goals and interest areas, and add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Select “Yes” when asked, “Is this order for an NDIS funded participant?”.
- Enter the required details, including the NDIS participant’s information.
- Nominate your Plan Manager by providing their details and email address.
- We will send the invoice to the Plan Manager within 1-2 business days, with payment due within 7 days.
- Once the payment is received and cleared, your order will be dispatched.
Please note that payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. If we do not receive payment within this period, your order will be forfeited.
NDIA Managed
