Embracing Change: Our April Quarterly Team Day

Our team gathered at Rivers of Yarrambat for a transformative day led by our CEO, Talia Pulis, as we unveiled our rebrand from Northern Kids Therapy to Emble Allied Health, embracing change, transformation, and resilience.
On April 3rd, 2024, our CEO and Founder, Talia Pulis, hosted a memorable quarterly team day at the beautiful Rivers of Yarrambat. This gathering was particularly special as it marked the unveiling of our strategic road map for rebranding from Northern Kids Therapy to Emble Allied Health. The theme of the day was change, transformation, and resilience – perfectly setting the stage for our exciting new chapter.

We began by diving into our new mission, vision, and value statements, laying the foundation for what Emble Allied Health represents. It was a powerful moment of reflection as we each shared our ‘why’ – the deep-seated passion that drives us to work with children and families as allied health professionals.

Adding to the inspiration, we had the privilege of hearing from Angela Bonus, a differently-abled advocate and ‘expert on change’. Angela shared her journey of navigating life with a physical disability and the profound impact that her team of allied health professionals has had on her life. Her story was a poignant reminder of the vital work we do and the difference we make.

Our day wasn’t all serious business, though! We participated in fun team games and exercises that brought out our playful side and fostered strong connections. Together, we brainstormed innovative community programs that embody our new vision and mission. And of course, we indulged in a delicious lunch and scones!

This team day was more than just a meeting; it was a celebration of our growth and a recommitment to our vision, mission and values as an organisation. As we step into our future as Emble Allied Health, we are excited, united, and ready to continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of the children and families we serve.
