register interest in a current or upcoming group program
Please complete the form below to enquire about one or more current or upcoming group therapy programs.
This information helps our allied health team understand your child’s goals, strengths and support needs so we can determine whether a program is likely to support meaningful participation and outcomes.
Completing this form does not automatically confirm a place in a program. Our team reviews all enquiries individually to help ensure participants are appropriately supported within the group environment.
If your child is new to Emble — or has not accessed services with us recently — we may offer a free 20-minute screening consult with our Group Therapy Coordinator prior to enrolment.
If you would prefer to speak with our team directly, please contact us on (03) 9070 0838.

frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Many of our therapy-based group programs may be accessed using NDIS funding where participation aligns with a participant’s goals and plan.
Our team can help determine whether a program may be appropriate and discuss available funding options during the intake process.
No. Families can enquire about group programs even if they are not currently accessing individual therapy at Emble.
Many programs involve an intake and suitability process to help us understand your child’s goals, support needs and ways of engaging.
This helps ensure participants are supported within programs where they can meaningfully participate and work toward relevant outcomes.
Most Emble programs are therapist-led capacity building programs designed to support developmental, functional and participation-based outcomes.
Emble Play operates slightly differently as a developmental playgroup experience rather than a therapy-based capacity building program.
Programs vary throughout the year across school terms and holidays.
Families are welcome to register their interest for future programs and upcoming intakes.
In many cases, yes.
We understand that families may discover programs after the term has already commenced, or that circumstances and readiness for participation can change throughout the term.
Where possible, our team will work with you to support your child to join the program and get the most out of the experience. This may include:
- adjusting goals or expectations where appropriate
- providing additional support or orientation to help your child transition into the group
- considering what activities or experiences may have already occurred within the program
As all group programs progress differently throughout the term, there may occasionally be situations where joining part-way through is not recommended or where a different program may be more suitable.
We still encourage families to submit an enquiry so our team can discuss your child’s individual circumstances and explore available options with you.
Yes. Families without NDIS funding are welcome to participate. Fees will be outlined during the enrolment process.
