what is emble active?

Emble Active is not a traditional sports program.

It is a therapist-led movement program designed to support the foundational skills children need for participation in sport, physical activity and everyday movement.

Sessions combine movement, play and skill development in ways that support:

  • coordination and balance
  • strength and endurance
  • motor planning
  • body awareness
  • participation and confidence

Programs are often delivered in community-based environments, allowing children to practise skills in real-world settings.

For some children, Emble Active acts as a bridge into community sport.
For others, it provides an ongoing supportive environment to build movement confidence and physical capability.
